Florida!

Heather gave Tom and I a good reason to take a little vacation this summer. We booked a little place in Vilano Beach for her wedding weekend in St. Augustine. There are tons of pictures on this entry, but it was just too beautiful not to include all of them!
Our first view of the beach--- amazingly we are both still smiling after 15 hours in the car together!
Day 1 on the beach- Tom isn't sunburnt...yet!

Day 2 on the beach- A little color but it's just the beginning of the day
His and hers beach towels, lax sticks, and a cooler radio make for a good beach day

I wish I had more pictures from the end of the night. It was such a special reception with so many sweet memories. I've never seen Heather happier... it was absolutely beautiful. A perfect, fairy tale wedding!

Day 2 of the hike- Slot Canyons in Utah

After our first night camping we went to a nearby slot canyon. Nate got us to the perfect spot to hike into the canyon and then walk around between the looming walls. It was gorgeous. Sometimes the canyon walls were so close we would have to shimmy through. Below are some snapshots that DO NOT do the canyons justice.

Heading away from Southern Utah and into Northern Arizona.

Our First Campsite

After driving up from Arizona and doing a couple hikes we looked for a place to stop and camp. We walked around the first campsite and were contact with a flat spot up on the hill. Megan kept saying she was content as she obviously scratched and swat bugs. We decided it would be best to move on. Luckily we did and found this beautiful campsite up the road. The view was gorgeous and the stars were amazing!

Utah- Day 1

Megan and Nate both took a few days off work so we could head to Utah for a camping trip. We drove up through Page and past Lake Powell.
Nate was an amazing tour guide and a very patient guy spending three days with just two giggly chicks. He was even complimentary of us when it was all over!
We drove down this road called Cottonwood Wash. It was 46 mile dirt road with slot canyons throughout. We drove a bit and hiked a bit. We just car camped instead of backpacked in order to see more things! A beautiful field of sunflowers
